Morning mindfulness workshop

We aim to explore the true meaning of the word mindfulness, and how this applies to everyday living.
We will also lead a couple of meditations.
There will be time for herbal tea and a chat too. Whether you have been meditating sometime, or completely new and just curious, you are welcome. We are hoping everyone will be able to take something from these workshops.
