Wellbeing Service - Wellbeing Taster

Come along to a free Wellbeing taster workshop and find out how we can help you.  Norfolk wellbeing service are running free taster workshops, to help you find out how to manage and prevent stress and anxiety.  You won't need to speak about your issues during the workshop. This is simply an opportunity for you to sit back and hear about some helpful techniques to cope with these symptoms.

You don’t have to be stressed, anxious or depressed at the moment to benefit from a workshop. It can help you to find out the best way to prevent or manage these feelings or thoughts and stop them from building up in the future.

These sessions offer an opportunity for you to come along, either on your own or with a friend or family member, to find out about our Wellbeing service and see what it has to offer that might help you.

At the end of the session you can choose from the range of help available and directly book on to further workshops on the day, or you can choose to access one of our standard assessment sessions. The aim is to put you in the driving seat to access the help you want at a time that suits you.
