An introductory group for anyone who hasn't done a course at the centre or for anyone who needs a refresher. If you've been coming for less than 6 months, this is the best group to go to.
Just come along and take part in as much or as little as you feel like.
Then we'll all come together and go down the Playhouse for a social.
