Hurray for Yoga! Fightmaster Yoga youtube channels offer free Ashtanga / Vinyassa Flow Yoga sessions. There's also links to other fitness videos
At the moment they're doing the #yogafix90 with a new video everyday. Apart from that there's loads of different ones to choose from - mine is the Yoga for Gratitude.
