Free training sessions for beginner runners will be starting on Wednesday September 16 for 6 weeks. They will include a warm-up and cool down. Everybody is able to go at their own pace and no-one will get left behind!
Meeting point – the CafĂ©, Earlham Park, Norwich
Duration: 6 weeks
Start date – Wednesday 16th September
Time – 6.30 pm to 7.30 pm (includes warm up and cool down)
The sessions will be led by a qualified coach.
