Live in the Moment is an interactive environment offering anyone visiting Norwich Arts Centre the chance to be creative. Eyebrow Arts creative learning activities embrace the idea that sometimes the process of art-making is the artwork.
‘Live in the Moment’ was the theme for a project lead by Artists Holly Bodmer, Dot Howard, Sorrel Muggridge and Anna Townley, which explored birds, bird-watching, performance and audience with adults with dementia and learning disabilities in Norfolk. Users of Ipswich Road Community Hub in Norwich, Great Yarmouth Community Hub, Barrington Farm in Walcott and Fenners Care Home in Diss participated in creative activities including poetry, live art, drawing, talking and watching. They have inspired the activities and artworks presented in this exhibition.
Eyebrow Arts devise and deliver creative activities that encourage interpretation, communication, expression and discussion.
