For one week designers, carpenters, architects, electricians, visual artists and people from across the City will be hard at work in Chapelfield Gardens using everyday objects to create a unique design for Norwich.
Bureau Detours enter a city without knowing what they will leave behind; their constructions are designed and built in collaboration with local people, responding to local needs and demands. The designs are functional and are created with the aim of turning public spaces into social environments, with past projects producing installations including swings, ladders and benches.
Come along and help us build something unique for Chapelfield Gardens, or look out for the finished design when you come to The Garden Party.
