Our Introductory Krav Maga Self Defence workshops (4, 25 Jun & 2 July) are designed to give you an overview of what we teach at AR Krav Maga Self Defence Training. During the workshop we will cover the basic principles and some techniques used in Krav Maga which will include stances, defenses, a variety of strikes and some advanced techniques not forgetting plenty of fitness work made fun.
Our Introductory Workshops are exactly that, just an ‘Introductory or a Trial’ you are not tied into any contract or required to sign anything other than our Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) form which we will send to you by email along with confirmation of your booking.
Even if you do not plan to pursue Krav Maga afterwards, the fundamental principles and techniques taught during the workshop will serve as useful tools in the future.
We suggest you wear a comfortable tracksuit and t-shirt, bring some water, a hand-towel and prepare your self for a great time/
