TIME TO TALK DAY

February 1st is Time to Talk Day. Please join our conversation about Mental Health while having a cup of tea and doing something relaxing at the same time.

We'll have vintage board games, colouring sheets, crafty materials. You are very welcome to come along and knit, draw, paint or do whatever suits/soothes you.
