Available at the Wensum Lodge and at Libraries across the city.

Free functional skills as well as GCSE Maths and English courses
Free or reduced rate of leisure courses for people on certain benefits.
"Step On" Learning Programme for 16-18s NEETS (Not in employment education or training)
