As the winter days draw in what could be nicer than being outside around an open fire that you have built, heating food in a cooker that you have made yourself and then eating your freshly-cooked meal in the company of others?
On Sunday 7th December between 11.00-13.00pm you will have the chance to do just that with Bushcraft Cooking in the Great Outdoors. It's happening near the Ski Centre on Whitlingham Lane in Trowse. Danny, Carol and Julie will be your teachers and all three of them either have Forest School qualifications or have lots of experience in fire-making, bushcraft and outdoor activities.
