For people 18+ Active Norfolk have a programme of free courses starting in February. These Fun and Fit courses are aimed at people who are not currently active. The courses are in a variety of activities, including dance, swimming, yoga, running and buggy-fit, plus many more. Each course lasts for ten weeks and led by a qualified instructor.

That’s all it takes – just 30 minutes per day of sport or physical activity (enough to raise your heart rate and make you feel warmer), to enjoy the benefits that leading a more active lifestyle has.
Active Norfolk is offering this FREE project to get everyone moving more.
We challenge you to do one hour a week of sport and see what difference it makes, not only to your health, but your social life and confidence too.
We are offering 10 week courses in a wide variety of sports, including golf, swimming, zumba, yoga, tennis and bowls. All sessions are for one hour per week and cost NOTHING to attend.
