Oriole Singers Concert

The Oriole Singers
St Peter Mancroft Church, Norwich
on Friday July 4th, at 1.30pm

In recognition of American Independence Day,
The Oriole Singers are presenting a concert at St Peter Mancroft Church, Norwich
featuring dark music from the Deep South.
Negro Spirituals, Selections from Show-Boat, “The Entertainer” by Scott Joplin
plus a story narrated by Joy Croft are woven together to
make an hour length musical entertainment.
Admission is free, but there is a retiring collection for Oxfam’s Haiti Appeal:
Haiti, a Caribbean Island, was populated by escaped or freed slaves; it suffered a devastating earthquake in 2010.
