Norwich InterFaith Link is a meeting point for people of diverse religions, cultures and communities, to share experiences and beliefs. In new friendships and shared concerns, bonds of trust are born. We meet monthly, usually the third Tuesday, for talks on challenging topics, discussions on issues of common concern, with occasional visits or other activities.

Norwich Summer Sessions
Visitor or local, if you’ve been to Norwich in the summer in previous years, you may have spotted some spectacular performances on the stages of Head Out, Not Home by Norwich Business Improvement District. Now, this annual free programme of street entertainment is relaunching with a brand-new name for its tenth-year – Norwich Summer Sessions.
Starting from 12:40pm on Sunday, July 30 and repeating weekly until Sunday, September 3, an afternoon of entertainment will be available for FREE on five stages throughout the city.
To mark the tenth anniversary of Norwich Summer Sessions, there will be a return to the popular location of London Street with Covent Garden entertainers, while four other stages nearby will create a festival atmosphere around the city. These four locations are: The Forum, Westlegate, St Gregory’s Green and Gentleman’s Walk.
The programme for Norwich Summer Sessions, managed by NORCA, includes a large range of national and local acts, with a performer from each of the last ten years returning to bring our streets to life. The acts returning for Norwich Summer Sessions are:

The GoGoDiscover T-Rex Trail July - September 2022
For 11 weeks this summer 55 large T.rex, 24 Steppe Mammoth and 98 smaller Breakasaurus sculptures will be prowling the streets and shores of Norwich and Norfolk for you go GoGoDiscover.
This fun, family-friendly trail (also fun for adults!) is here thanks to the sponsorship of local businesses and the creativity of artists, schools and community groups.

Bringing Norwich to life with fantastic music and street entertainment for the whole family to enjoy. Get ready to experience more in the City of Stories this summer.
Save the dates and enjoy the buzz of the Covent Garden vibe in Norwich this summer! It’s perfect for families, couples, friends, and anyone who wants to enjoy the sunshine in the city with the welcome company of music, performance and more. Take in free live entertainment whilst exploring Norwich’s excellent array of shops, cafés, bars and restaurants, and get the most out of your summer.
Delivered by Norwich BID and NORCA & Sistema, Head Out, Not Home debuted in 2013, and has been an annual feature in the Norwich calendar since then (except for 2020). The event day was changed in 2021, and after great feedback it will be repeated on a Sunday afternoon in 2022 across six locations.

Calling all kings and queens.... The crown jewel in the city’s event calendar is back! This year’s theme is ‘kings and queens’, and we’re planning a right royal knees up to celebrate all things regal. The lineup for 2022 includes the first ever Community Showcase on The Forum Stage, a skate park in the city centre and, of course, the beloved Lord Mayor’s Procession.
Gentleman’s Walk will become Norwich’s ‘Royal Mile’, with street theatre and performance from the regal to ridiculous lining the street.
There will also be a Friday night paint party, traditional fun fair, street food and music to enjoy in Chapelfield Gardens.
Enjoy the endless emerging in the area at The Forum Stage, Lost River Stage and Maui Waui Stage, as well as the sounds of the Norwich Pavement Collective - some of the city's best buskers. Sunday sees the return of the Lanes Fayre and Great Norwich Duck Race, as well as another day of fun in Chapelfield Gardens.

The North Norfolk Coast Path now runs from Hunstanton in west Norfolk round all the way to to Sea Palling on the north east Norfolk coast. Originally, the trail ended at Cromer but in December 2014, Norfolk’s first stretch of England Coast Path opened, extending the Norfolk Coast Path to Sea Palling. The majority of this walking trail runs through the dramatic landscape of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The Norfolk Trials website has some great circular walks, short linear walks and long linear walks, which are clearly marked and well indicated on the downloadable map. You can also walk the whole route although not for a day-trip!

Norwich Community Choir Concert at Bowthorpe Arts Festival
“Let’s celebrate!” is the theme for the 2022 Bowthorpe Arts Festival.
Norwich Community Choir are taking part with an evening concert on Saturday 25th June where we will be singing a wide selection of songs - including some you can join in with. No tickets required, free event, just come along to see us at 7pm at the Bowthorpe Church Centre, Bowthorpe Hall Road, Norwich NR5 9AA. Refreshments available in the interval.
